All plans are month to month (cancel anytime) with the exception of yearly payments (which carry a discount) and are a year term.
Most hosts rent space within a datacenter. We own and run the whole datacenter. This insures that we have full control and security over every server.
We always have staff on site 24/7 to make sure servers are running properly. As telephone hours are limited, you can always send a support ticket.
We do not outsource any of our team. When you call or send a support ticket, you can be assured that they are not in a call center overseas.
